As a result, we guarantee the lowest fare at the time of ticketing, even if it’s lower than the fare you were quoted at the time of booking. But there’s more Atlantic Corporate Travel has a quality Travel Audit, that continually scans your reservation for lower priced alternatives, preferred seating, and enhances the entire Quality Assurance functions.

We are not responsible for fare increases for bookings that are a result of bookings not confirmed with a valid booking record locator and or credit card not approved by ticketing deadline. Prices cannot be guaranteed until tickets are issued.
Name changes are not permitted once reservation has been confirmed.
A $75 per ticket change or cancellation fee applies after any non-refundable DOMESTIC ticket after it is issued. Ticket remains non-refundable. A $150 per ticket change or cancellation fee applies after any non-refundable INTERNATIONAL ticket is issued. Ticket remains non-refundable. This is in addition to any penalty and/or price difference charged by the airlines.

Fares are subject to change until credit card form is completed and faxed or emailed to our office with required ID. Please fax the completed form to (305) 670-9505or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the credit card has been approved, our office will issue the tickets.

We do not accept P.O. Box addresses, even if it is the cardholder billing address.
For electronic ticketing, please present credit card information that was used to purchase ticket, along with a picture id.
Due to heightened security at all airports, airlines are checking photo identification of all passengers.
The name on each ticket must match a valid photo id or passport shown at the airport.
All passengers traveling outside of the US are required to have certain travel documents: a valid passport, a round-trip airline ticket or proof of onward travel, a visa issued by some destination countries, medical inoculations for infected areas/countries, proof of sufficient funds when entering the destination country (some countries have a departure tax payable at the airport). Some countries charge a reciprocity fee upon arrival. Please reconfirm with your destination’s embassy for verification.
Before departing the country, each passenger is responsible to obtain the proper travel documents prior to purchasing airline tickets. Contact the destination country’s consulate for details. The name on all travel documents (tickets, passports, and visas) must match.
Meal and seat preferences will be passed on to the airline, but cannot be guaranteed. Seats for all passengers will be selected automatically based on the best seats available and adjacent to the primary passenger, if possible.
All passengers must be checked in at airports a minimum of two hours before departure on all domestic flights and three hours for international flights.
